How to scream!? See this is the problem I have, what do I actually do in order to move my diaphragm? Like no matter how I push air out, I always seem to use my throat, are the any actions similar to what I need to do that are easily explained? This is so infuriating. Okay, so I have read quite a few of the threads on screaming here, but none of them really tell you how it is that you're meant to achieve 'using your diaphragm not your throat'. Whenever I attempt to scream, some decent sounds come out, but for a few seconds and then they cut out. My throat starts to kill, and my normal speaking sounds very grudge-like. I've been told I'm doing it wrong, BUT NOBODY HAS TOLD ME HOW TO CHANGE. Someone please help, I need as much guidance as possible. Thank you.
