for me metal is a final frontier after all other genres have changed and been mutilated beyond recognition. I constantly try to imagine a genre of music heavier or more fulfilling than metal, and i cant bring anything to mind. In a way, its perfect. It helps me pass time, there's no other music i can listen to while doing nothing now. It makes me look forward to my evenings when i can sit down and just listen to my music.
