I am really enjoying the new Black Dahlia Murder single.. i feel like all the band line up changes they just went threw could put them further ahead then before... i LOVE Trevor Strnads vocals... i hold high promise on the upcoming album!

I hated slayer for sooooo long .. went to see the band Unearth open for them and seeing slayer was torture ( i never leave a show early) ... 5 years later they are one of my fav bands of all time!!!

1. Slayer - Reign in Blood ... the whole cd is killer start to finish... fav song is altar of sacrifice 2. Slipknot - Slipknot ... Slipknot was the first metal band i ever heard and were my introduction into this craziness ! 3. The Black Dahlia Murder - Nocturnal ... from being on this forum for just a few days i can already see this band isnt well liked on here .. they were the heaviest (at the time) i could listen to and they were my introduction to the deeper growls and screams 4. Hatebreed - Perseverance .. This album got me threw a lot of stuff.. 5. Lamb of God - Sacrament .. no explanation just love it!!!

i strongly disagree on that "hip hop" statement ... although there newer material is a little lighter its still heavy... not the hits like "dead memories" or anything... but songs like "gematria" are decent although i do enjoy there first 2 albums more!
