Sodom - Sodom and Gomorrah This destroys!! That's a good choice! Motorhead have never done a bad album imo, I have a very hard time deciding seeing as they are my favourite band but for my favourite album I would probably choose Bastards.

Thanks!! I can agree Ram It Down is pretty underrated, could probably say the same for Point Of Entry aswell. my top 5 bands are Motörhead, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath and Saxon!

Couldn’t agree more! It’s a top 10 album for me and possibly my fave priest album. I love all Ripper’s work with Priest though I own both studio albums and the two live albums. And of course my pf pic is the Jugulator, (As if it wasn’t obvious!! 😂)

Judas Priest - Bullet Train

2 awesome bands!! I'm not really a big fan of any of Saxon's albums from 1984 - 1990, but Solid ball of Rock is a pretty good album although very Front-loaded. Definitely give Unleash the Beast a listen! That and any of their albums from 1997 onwards are really good imo, all very solid albums.

Abso bloody lutely!! I have all of the Tony Martin Era CD's but my Forbidden CD doesn't work properly it just makes sounds and skips a lot, maybe it's literally Forbidden?? Hahaha I love all his Black Sabbath Albums but Forbidden is my least fave anyway the others are great though!! I have his solo CD 'Scream' and I've pre-ordered 'Thorns', Tony Martin is a ridiculously underrated Vocalist, Poor Tim Owens and Tony Martin and of course our main man Blaze Bayley! Currently listening to: Judas Priest - Live In London 2002 Amazing Ripper live album!!

The only stuff I like from them haha although High and Dry is pretty good too I really don’t mind the cheesy lyrics to be honest, I like a lot of the stories Biff writes into the songs like Conquistador from Metalhead, Made in Belfast from Sacrifice and Secret of Flight from Thunderbolt, I definitely get yours and @navybsn’s point, but It doesn’t really bother me much as the music in general sounds just awesome to me solid heavy metal, and to be fair I think the lyrics suit the music most of the time maybe apart from the odd one that sticks out. Also yeah I agree Priest haven’t had much over the years but I do think Redeemer of Souls definitely had its moments like Halls of Valhalla or Battle Cry, Jugulator is better than anything they’ve done since the reunion though 100% but saying that I think even priest have done better than Maiden in modern times, (I so still love all of them though but Book of Souls is the best thing Maiden did since Brave new World in my book .) Always good to see Tank get a mention! I love them, have all of their albums my fave is probably Honour and Blood.

So @JamesTand @blaaacdoommmmfanI finally got around to listening to Saxon’s latest album Carpe Diem! And just as I expected I love it! Listened to it 3 times through on my day off, really solid album yet again so many good riffs, Incredible how good they still sound Biff sounds great, I especially love the title track, Age of Steam, Dambusters, Remember the Fallen and Supernova, but there isn’t a bad track on the album!
