Re: Albums you feel are overrated I dunno I just never enjoyed those albums it doesn't give me a rise at all, maybe cause I my dad groomed with the French and Portugal BM scene and he wasn't a fan of the Norwegians, and I never followed suit. It's also funny how all metal heads say they keep a open mind, but I'm being ridiculed because I dislike some of the more famous bands. Oh well my attempt at socializing with metal heads has yet again failed. How can we progress forward without breaking a few traditions, as BM will never evolve if we always look at the past. I'm not saying forget the past completely I'm attempting to say to stop recycling the same shit /end drunken rant. But on the bright side at least I wasn't sent any PM abusing me this time so I must say this is one of the better places I've been.

I'm curious to know what peoples favorite places to listen to metal is. Mine is in my room with sandalwood incense and candles lit, as dark as I can get it with a beer in my hand.

This introduced me to the works of Zdzis?aw Beksi?ski. To me this cover sums up the album as whole. If your curious this is in my opinion the best song of the album 2zmieaLgfBs

Re: Christian Black Metal Wow I would of never known wintersoul was unblack/black whatever metal by just listening to it alone.It's definitely not the style I like, but I can see why people could like it. It also has some fairly glowing reviews on MA, I've only glanced at them but they were in the low 80% Edit: Sorry didn't realize this was a old thread.

Re: Weird obscure black metal bands nobody's heard of Over here in Australia no one even knows bands like black funeral as most people still think COF is underground. That's from my experience anyway. But a good band is Wormlust from iceland

Re: Worst black metal bands I would have to say for me personally it would be Hell Militia. I cant believe it spawned from the creator of Mutiilation, Arkhon Infaustus and Temple of Baal.
