Re: Best live show? OK, mine are for different reasons. All in Australia Sepultura 2003 Roorback tour, first big metal band I had seen. Slipknot 2005 Subliminal tour, 9 piece extreme metal band live on a smallish stage. Devildriver 2000 and something??? , support for Fear Factory and they killed them. Slayer 2000 and something?? , perfect sound and light show (maybe a little to good). MachineHead (again can't remember the date) , Through the ashes, maybe Blackening but they looked happy to be on stage, lots of smiles, it was a really good vibe. Also worthy mentions, Hellyeah, Mastodon, Hatebreed, Japanga, Systen Of A Down, Lamb Of God, Arch Enemy plus more

Hi, my name is Adrian and I'm not an alcoholic (some people may try to argue that point but, not me). Life long metal head, husband, father of three. I grow up in the late 80's but mainly 90's with likes of Metallica, GnR, the almighty Pantera and the (now) sonic train wreck Sepultura. Now days I have a very specific taste, which varies??? I love brutal music but it must have a hook, Suicide Silence and Behoth to Down and Stone Kings. I can handle mellow music but it must be good, I'm yet to meet a metal head that says "Darkside of the moon is shit!!" (Pink Floyd). I started a blog called "metal dad australia" to try and make some noise for the "metal" industry in this country. It launched in August 2011 and I have already met some awesome people from all over the world and everyday I meet someone new. How awesome is that? Come over to my FB or twit and say hello, if your in a band send me a link to your music (metal) and if I like it I might put it on my blog, do an interview and just try and help out where I can.
