  1. Both suck and are insanely overrated. Steve Harris, Steve DiGiorgio, James Myung & Alex Webster are what REAL bassists sound like.
  2. Painkiller is the best out of those then probably British Steel. I've never cared for Screaming though it has grown on me over the years.
  3. I only buy albums if I can get them on CD. If I can't I go without. It makes finally getting them that much better.
  4. Esoteric Iron Maiden Judas Priest Lethian Dreams Nevertanezra (I've been listening to the demo stuff!!!)
  5. No, they suck. You're basically saying they suck and to not suck they would need to be a non-sucky band.

    New guitar

This is my newest toy: Ironbird Pro Guitars - B.C. Rich The spalt maple

    Now...?

Eating - Carrots Drinking - Water Listening - The crunching of said carrots Doing - Typing Thinking - 'Ni'
  8. Tyson, his video game sucked. Lurch or Herman Munster
  9. The End Complete was one of the best (and one of the first) American doom/death albums of the 90's. The slow simplistic riffs the minimalistic drumming and demented vocals are just awesome. Cause of Death was Obituary trying to hard to compete with their contemporaries on their turf. The End Complete is a logical conclusion to Slowly We Rot.
  10. Good health is for quitters! Suck it longevity!
  11. Everyone I've told that too laughs btw. I don't know how a band like that got on the Esoteric bill but wow...suck in brand new ways.
  12. I'm annoyed that I was forced to sit through Saturnalia Temple. They are the epitome of suck.
  13. Esoteric - The Maniacal Vale Esoteric tour shirt Great show!
  14. Esoteric put on a great show, Velnias put on their usual sloppy but decent show and Saturnelia Temple sucked donkey balls. That band sucks. They're not even metal they're just stoner rock. They played four songs with one riff per-song. It was like watching the cantina band from the Family Guy Star Wars spoof "Play that same song again." One riff, three positions all played in painful repetition. I almost fell asleep. I've never been so bored at show in my life and once had to sit through trivial. I never thought I'd see Esoteric live so it was an extra treat. This week it's Helloween, another band I never thought I'd see live.
  15. diSEMBOWELMENT all the way! Dismember is excellent Swedish Death Metal and was more prolific but I'm a doom diehard! Saturnus or Funeral
  16. Esoteric - The Maniacal Vale Saturnus - Martyr Iron Maiden - Killers Iron Maiden - The Final Frontier
  17. Oy...thankfully I was able to get my main practicing done, sadly, I should do more now that I'm mostly rested. That's what tonight is for. Then ESOTERIC!
  18. Lethian Dreams - Just Passing By...& Unreleased Requiems Warrant - Dirty, Rotten, Filthy, Stinking Rich (deal with it!) Judas Priest - Rocka Rolla Iron Maiden - Iron Maiden Tristitia - Garden of Darkness Metallica - ...and Just for All (my CD is scratched and I have to get a new one, lame.) Disincarnate - Dreams of the Carrion Kind Helloween - Walls of Jericho Blue Oyster Cult - Tyranny & Mutation The Rising of Yog-Sothoth - Tribute to Thergothon (disc II) (it's been a busy day!)
  19. That would be Lethian Dreams (excellent band btw!) Longing for Dawn just use male vocals and they fit perfectly.
  20. I only use this forum and doommantia. I've been on others but most are either dead or very cliquey and therefore impossible to break into. As far as magazine I used to buy Metal Maniacs and for a short period Metal Edge. I had a few Pit magazines but that company was run by complete retards. Terrorizer is one I get from time to time if they have some interesting bands on the cover. The same goes for Classic Rock and Metal Hammer, though its been about a year or more since I bought any magazines; and it's for no other reason than they've been promoting poser bands.
  21. Fear not, for tomorrow's another day of stress, woe and misery. It will be here sooner than you'd think.
