I listened to 'The Hourglass' by Atten Ash just today for that purpose and it worked really well. It's also excellent doom besides.

I'll also plug the 1966 AC Cobra 289, a wonderful machine that had an excellent 0-60 time (5.1 seconds) and unlike the 427 also handled really well. A surprisingly reserved and sadly overlooked vehicle.

@Yobo I've been away for a while just because I got a Facebook account so I kinda moved over to that network for a while.
Anyhow, things are going pretty well for me. I got a job for the spring working at USCIRF, so I'm quite happy about that. Presenting my thesis tomorrow so hopefully that goes well. I expect to be tired though. If I could do groceries and sign onto the apartment my friends are renting, tomorrow will be a pretty nicely productive day.

Ok, here's my idea for a more "metal" version of the logo. I kept it fairly clean, though I could see it with more spikes or weathering, too. I have a plain version and one with a metal texture. Once the letter forms are in place, it's easy to apply any kind of texture, lighting, or outline to the logo. What do you think? Worth working on?

I've been chasing pigs all over the fucking yard for what seems like weeks now. My fencing is bullshit made out of pallets and scrap and air, lots of air apparently. I've got only two left at this point and they won't see another Christmas. I'm gonna' eat their feet and burn their crappy shanty town to the ground. I've been keeping pigs for about seven years at this point, and I'm going to be so glad to be done for a good long while.

I feel a bit disappointed about my year, too. More ups and more downs than the last few. That's temporary, though. A few things didn't work out the way I wanted, but I've done some pretty cool stuff and I'm in a better position to keep going with art and music than I was last year. You've had some good outcomes yourself, right, and you've started taking guitar and cycling more seriously, and making progress? Not bad things to look back on.

A friend's daughter is turning 3 this week. She loves Behemoth. After I'd painted this hoodie for her, I was dismayed to learn not only that these are professionally produced in children's sizes, but that she's already got one. Dammit. So I decided to pimp it out with some extra work. Susie from daycare might also have a Behemoth hoodie, but you can bet your ass it doesn't have a pink sparkly logo with her name on it.

Went to an award ceremony honoring all the students in our school district who scored distinguished on state testing in @ least one of three subjects Math, Reading & Science. My son James, he's in 4th grade, received the highest honor for getting distinguished in all three. Was a very proud moment.

Ha! It is a distinctive feature of the British landscape - gaunt, mournful musicians with pointed arches and an emphasis on verticality, lurking about on various lonely crags, writing cryptic, highly allusive verses about mean ex-girlfriends. 

Indeed, many scholars consider the protectionism enshrined in these obscure zoning restrictions to be largely responsible for the continuation and renewed ascendancy of northern England's traditional Gothic Doom. 
Macabre, I'm sure that the thought of stability is enormously appealing; but won't someone with your, ahem, peculiar habits be better off with the flexibility and potential anonymity that renting would afford?
