Whereabouts in Texas do you hail from Brandon? I'm just a bit outside of Austin, also new to the forum.

What's happening, community? Brand fucking new here, just a metalhead/aspiring musician looking for a spot to connect with some like minds. I'm all about my 90's/2000's thrash/ brutal metal (read: Pantera, iron maiden, motorhead, arch enemy, Amon amarth, etc...). Definitely dig on some southern sludge; ie. Acid bath, EHG, crowbar, bongzilla, blah blah blah. Also into the hard rock scene (clutch, company band, greenhaven, and what not). I play guitar primarily, used to have a bass, and am looking forward to getting back into that. Would love to learn some percussion/drums. Dabble a bit with vocals but really don't have much a clue what I'm doing. Anyway, like I said just looking to interact with some like minds, looking forward to getting to know y'all, and you can certainly expect to see me around the forum for the foreseeable future. -Charlie Griffin
