There has been more but I need a better list than doing it from memory.
There has also been some funny and cool web shows been put online that I can't remember right now. I know they are not docos for your study but they can be funny. There was one called Roadie (from memory) where some deadbeat wannabe aspires to be a roadie for some famous band. There was a few black metal comedies done purely for web too, although I don't know if black metal fans are allowed to laugh at themselves so they might not go down well.

Unlocked now. It may have been locked as part of the big restructuring project we were going to do here that never got off the ground, there was a lot of inactive stuff we were planning to archive.

One of things you could do is go to Metal Archives. Go to Advanced Search. Under the Search Bands tab put speed metal in the the Genre box. Hit Preform Search and you'll get 3114 bands that fit the criteria. When you're done there you can do something like speed/thrash death/speed etc and you'll find some more.

Rare alright, I've never farmed pigs. But if I had a big with nuts that big I'd give him a sword and a loin cloth and whore the bastard out for metal album covers!

The lyrics didn't do blow up Rosie justice. The stage Rosie was all tits and it always seemed like the tits blew up first.
 

You still haven't solved the biggest problem of them all. Some people are just cunts. If people stopped being so fucking entitled, stop treating other people like shit and started being reasonable improvements that you mention could not just be implemented but may even have a chance of working.

I remember reading about genre clashes in the US in the late 80's and 90's. We only got whatever mags like Metal Hammer or the like reported on and the odd story bouncing around BBS's but I thought it was funny. We had nothing like that in our scene. We had multiple genres playing gigs all over the place, Hardcore and thrash, hair metal and death metal, pub rock and thrash. No one here gave a shit, people just wanted gigs and we wanted to fill the venues with as many people as we could.

I like some of the album, but I have been a fan of Gillan since the early days of Purple so it's probably not all that surprising.

The assumption that we didn't keep going down the path is incorrect. However if it had been the primary path we'd still be in the shit because battery cars and electric cars still have a massive carbon footprint. The only difference would be the the foot print would be a different shape.
