JagsyB given a Damn from FatherAlabaster in What Are You Listening To?
That'd be cool if you do come across one, cheers! I know I found some decent-quality YouTube footage a few years back. They had the two drummers and you could feel the extra energy/ferocity for sure!
So far today:
Cult of Luna - The Raging River
Daughters - You Won't Get What You Want
Adolescents - Adolescents
Daniel Avery - Drone Logic

Not off the top of my head, no. I got to see them with the two-drummer lineup years ago and I was blown away. Amazing power in the sound and performance. It was totally captivating. If I come across anything good, I'll let you know.

I'm not a huge huge fan of their studio albums in general, but that one's great, definitely my favorite of theirs.

Welcome back, not a lot going on here currently but it's nice to see you around again.

JagsyB given a Damn from FatherAlabaster in Hi there
It's nice to be back! Folks who've been a long time might remember me as 'JBaker', but as it's been a bit of a while (with new email addresses and all that), figured I'd make a fresh account!
I'm Jay, currently studying a Master's in French and living in Birmingham, UK.
Music fan in general, with metal being one of my favourite genres. In terms of metal, I am kind of picky? But I can invariably find something I like in most metal/metal adjacent subgenres. A few favourites are: Black Sabbath, Neurosis, Sepultura, Napalm Death, Meshuggah, Converge, Faith No More, Deafheaven, Motorhead, Godflesh, Deftones, Dying Fetus, Faith No More, Nails, Cult of Luna, Altar of Plagues, Killing Joke.
I've also spent much of today listening to Morbid Angel and having a great time
As folks who knew me the first time around may attest, I also enjoy a great amount of very un-metal stuff. This has only grown over the years, but probably best left for another discussion. haha
Cheers and hope you're all doing well! Looking fwd to getting stuck in again after quite a number of years
