It is important for me to understand whether this is an alternative or not. It's hard for me to define the boundaries of this subgenre. I could not find a source where the description of this album indicated "alternative thrash"

Ok, because I am not an native English speaker: I am from East Europe.  For me, FTTP too focused on arrangement, non-trivial musical solutions, abrupt changes in tempo and style in different parts of the same song, more chaotic, modernist and creative metal than regular thrash metal. Like a Never Neverland or Coroner

Or just thrash?
