  1. I know what you mean about metal helping you with a disorder. I have anxiety disorder, I get panic attacks which are so mentally exhausting and painful. I would never take meds I absolutely hate them, but metal really brings you down to earth, gives you something to concentrate on and the lyrics can be so relatable. Spiritually, I have to say for me, Metal gives me more emotion and meaning in my life then any god ever could.
  2. Mudvayne - Not Falling Godsmack - Bulletproof Hollywood Undead - Undead Seether - Words as Weapons Puddle of Mudd - Blurry Staind - So Far Away Underøath - On My Teeth In Flames - I Am Above Pop Evil - Be Legendary Three Days Grace - I Hate Everything About You
  3. Hey! I wanted to know what genre or bands to listen to that have great drum fills and such, i don't mind listening to awesome guitar solos but some bands just have their drums in the background...
  4. Hey rock lover here! I love Nu and Death metal and my favorite bands include: Evanescence, Disturbed, Bullet for My Valentine, Breaking Benjamin, Nirvana, In This Moment, Slipknot, Greta Van Fleet, Five Finger Death Punch, Drowning Pool, A Day to Remember, Tool, Motionless in White, Asking Alexandria just to name a few! (I know some of these aren't technically metal but oh well...) If anyone has any suggestions based on these bands I would love to hear them!!
