    I'm Casey Sabol. A little over 10 years ago I sang for Periphery (before Spencer and Chris). I'm finally beginning my solo career, and my debut single "Candle in the Dark" is coming out May 26th (a week from today) on all streaming platforms. My music is a combination of heavy metal and electronica, with lots of orchestral elements. I co-write the songs with my best friend Jay Denton, and I do all the production and mixing myself in my home studio in Los Angeles. I humbly request that you give my stuff a try!     What up y'all.....I'm Casey Sabol. Really excited to be back on a metal forum, haven't interacted with the metal community like this since I was a teenager on Metal-Rules back in the day. My favorite kind of metal is heavy metal, power metal, and generally anything melodic from the Scandinavia region...shit like Nocturnal Rites, Jorn Lande, Beast In Black, Kamelot, Beyond Twilight, Stam1na, Symphony X...you get it. I admit that I originally joined to promote the music I'm putting out (starting on may 26th), but after looking through all the discussions I'm fuckin psyched to just hang. I used to sing for a band called Periphery back around 2009, and ever since then I've been working behind the glass producing/writing/mixing for other artists. Decided to start working on a solo project about a year ago and it's finally at the point where I'll be releasing new singles regularly. I can't wait to get the ball rolling, it's been quite a while in the making. So yeah, glad to be here and can't wait to meet all yall. I live in Los Angeles, Central Hollywood by the way.
