For me Funeral Doom is a genre that i appreciate musically speaking but aside from Evoken i know very little about it. What would be some essential bands aside from Evoken that would be a good starting point?

Tonight, i am having Chile Verde i made using 5 pounds of pork shoulder, hatch green chiles, canned tomatillos and about 8 hours in the slow cooker. I will consume this while listening to Sad Wings of Destiny. Man its good to not be vegan anymore.

Man now that im back from that rabbit hole i can attest i dig that album. I had to think about it.
