So honestly yes there are some bad eggs in the bunch who are legitimately hateful of women, but what a lot of people don't seem to understand is most of it is just dark expression, art, fantasy, whatever you wanna call it! I love how someone will give people shit because one band has some misogynistic lyrics or some shit, but you don't have a fucking problem with another bands lyrics about mass murder, necrophilia, Nazi worship and every other form of depravity and hate?? Give me a break. People just like to complain about every fucking thing. Get themselves attention by being annoying. Others just completely overreact over something they don't understand, and can't understand why the whole world can't be the same boring bland personality, with everything being completely family friendly and clean. I understand that misogyny is a very real, very serious and very fucked up problem in the world, but not every thing should be taken way too seriously, or censored, or feared.

Yeah I really do wanna grab some more patches and sit down and just cover the fuckin thing, but it's kinda hard for me to find free time for something like that now days unfortunately.. At the very least I need to get those Morbid Angel and Mercyful Fate patches on. It's a damn crime for me to have those things and not get 'em the hell on there!

They became less deathcore with each new album release in my opinion. JFAC is one of my favorite bands of all time, and it's one of the bands that really got me deeper into metal. I remember the first time I heard Genesis I was like "WTF I didn't even know music like this existed!" Sun Eater is one of my two favorite albums by JFAC alongside Genesis. I think it's fantastic, and not like anything else they've done really. As far as Sun Eater being "deahcore" I don't know man it feels more tech death or maybe just tech metal. Everyone always bitches about deathcore, yet everyone seems to think the deathcore sub-genre is something different. I think most deathcore haters are people who are metal purists and don't like that something different is being done now days. Am I defending deathcore? Not exactly, I think a lot of the bands some people bring up when complaining about deathcore are pretty fucking awful, but what I am saying is I don't hate it. I really wish JFAC would tour again soon. They are really good live, and I haven't seen them since 2012. I would really love to see some of Sun Eater's songs played live. Particularly Sun of Nihility and Eating the Visions of God. Also met Jonny Davy, the bands vocalist, at the Metal Alliance Tour in 2012 and talked to him for a while, and he is a really smart and nice dude!

Motley Crue is the shit. Other than that, I don't have much interest in this particular sub-genre.

Yeah true. I like the look of getting the full sleeve denim jacket, then cutting off the sleeves yourself. I would like to put some more patches on this bad boy, but its kinda hard to find room for any. Guess I might have to start putting them on the front? I have a small Morbid Angel and a Mercyful Fate patch I'd like to use.

Ummm honestly never really heard of or seen this being done. In my opinion I'd say no, but to each his own. The only thing I ever have cut the sleeves off of was my jean jacket to make it a vest, but just normal t shirts seems kinda pointless to me.

I like a little bit of everything, so discussing my favorite bands in any genre or sub-genre is sometimes difficult for me. As far as death metal honestly I'll just list 10 of my favorite DM bands in no particular order, because that seems to work best usually lol. Probably be something like this: 1. Obituary 2. Hello all! My name is Gabriel Miller-Brown, but I go by Gabe. I'm from Seattle, Washington in the United States of America. I'm a big fan of death, thrash, grindcore, heavy, power and black metal. Though I enjoy a little bit of every genre and sub-genre honestly. When it really comes down to it, death metal and old school heavy metal are my favorites though. I'm 25 years old, and I've been listening to metal music since I was about 15. I didn't get REALLY into it until I was 16 going on 17, but I still enjoyed it in the few years before that. I started with Iron Maiden, Slayer, Metallica, Mercyful Fate and King Diamond mostly, then progressively got deeper and deeper into "metal madness" as time went on. I still vividly remember the first time I heard real death metal. I was 16 and listening to random bands on YouTube, and I came across Dismember, and holy shit it blew my fucking mind and I have never been the same since. Other than metal I do enjoy some rock, pop, rap and EDM, but metal in all its insane glory will always be where my heart is musically! Other interest I have are comic books, particularly DC comics, novels, movies and video games. I love horror novels, and movies. I play a wide variety of video games on my X Box One.
