Welcome to both of you!  What bands/genres do you like?

"Thuringian Pagan Madness" - Absurd @salmonellapancake, I must admit that I preferred the later version of these songs, though the raw version of Pesttanz was awesome.  Overall, a great ep, thanks for the recommendation.
"Thematic Emanation of Archetypal Multiplicity" - Blut Aus Nord More industrial ambient than black metal, but very interesting nonetheless.

The past is a whole heap of 'nows' collected behind us. Our current time is simply one set of 'now'. Therefore, the past is better because it contains 50 years of metal 'nows', whereas the current moment only contains one, and the future none at all. 
The past wins. 

Just because something is new does not entail that it is in any way better (or more worthy of attention) than something that is old.  Just as anticipation of the future can bring new advents to music (and anything really), so can reexamination of the past.

I will check it out in the next few days!

So it would seem. Interesting.. anyway thanks for the info,  I'll no doubt look it up to appease my morbid fascination.

I thought the first movie was good, but they definitely went downhill a bit afterwards.

I remember that in high school my chemistry class had to read a book about caffeine.  It was interesting and actually relevant to course materials until the class discussion steered towards whether or not caffeine should be regulated by the government as a potentially fatal drug.  The whole time I was thinking to myself "I know that caffeine can affect you - but this is a bit ridiculous."
