I'm the frontman for an extreme metal band called Merciless Destroyer. Were from the Cleveland area and we don't play any of this deathcore/metalcore shit. We're influenced by the likes of Death, Cannibal Corpse, Slayer, Metallica, Darkthrone, etc. We have some of those elements but we don't sound like another nostalgia act, we are always adding new sounds to the mix. The production is quite raw even for a demo on our debut release, but this lo-fi sound is intended to be rebellious against the over produced, computerized, fake garbage that people call music nowadays. Everything you hear on this record is pure, raw talent, not modified in any way by technology or software.
