  2. Balor good to hear from you, ok well at least youve heard some of bathory all the way through. For some albums this is best way to listen to them. I rarely get the chance to listen to an album all the way through so am looking forward to opportunity's this year. Was listening to bathory all way through better experience than just individual tracks? Sounds like you got good at the painting models and war gaming stuff. What kind of models and war models were they? Was it Warhammer? Last year my best stuff was abstract art with the tie dye effect. I did some interesting stuff. Sounds horrible but it worked well and I got some good feedback too. It was a bit phsyodelic which wasn't the intention. Just how it worked out but I liked it. That and simple cartoons in a style that kids like. Turtles, Dolpins, pizza man ha ha ha and others. It was fun. So quite eclectic. Maybe re black metal composing you need to find yourself a teacher who can help you along with that maybe that could help you get some stuff done. Obviously good you can do the noise music. Will you release it one day.

    Impressive new finds

No problem. Just asked to see whether I could be bothered checking them out or not hahaha. I'm not a fan of brutal slam death.

  4. Definitely the Max era for me, but Roots being the album of that era I've least enjoyed. I've only liked the last 2 albums since Derrick Green joined. In saying that, there's a few albums I haven't listened to since he joined so I might like a few more.

  5. Afterbirth was part of the beginnings of the brutal DM scene on Long Island in the early 90s, but they broke up for a long time and it took them over 20 years to finally get back together and record their debut. Gorguts also comes to mind with their breakup and 12 year gap between From Wisdom To Hate and the amazing Colored Sands.

  6. Hands down "Live After Death". Excellent audio and the camera work was great. Back in the day, Stryper's "Live in Japan" was really well shot.
