I´m still alive at least. I´ve been too exhausted mentally (too much forced socializing) and physically too to do much of online interactions, the problem of being an introvert.. There is a limit, and sometimes the limit will be filled with shit you would not prefer. Trying to finish my cook school, not much left and been practicing at a restaurant, working mostly evenings so usually when i get home i just shut the outside world away and grab a book to my hands. The free days that i´ve had i always try to focus on my daugter, who i haven´t seen nearly enough feels like (weekly but still..) Funny thing i saw an email of this post and meant to reply to it earlier, but it just slipped my mind. Got another email today reminding me of this great place. I haven´t been awol just from here, basically from everything apart from little bit of facebooking. Of course listening to Metal every day, no better way to relax and get the annoying shit out of your head imo. \m/

Just got back from spending the night at my girlfriends place. We are very happy together. BTW, someone (sorry, can't remember who right now) has a stormtrooper (SW, not NS) as an avatar, and that's way cool!

Just had my mates 21st last night, It was fancy dress and it just occurred to me, why the hell didnt i post a pic of me in my costume last year? so here is last years, followed by this years (Lemmy and the Terminator respectively). XD

Here are a few high quality hidden thrash gems: Equinox made quite an impact in the Norwegian thrash scene back in the days, but they never received any real attention abroad. A pity, since the first 3 albums are excellent. Obliveon is a Canadian technical death thrash band that few people have heard about. The "From this Day Forward" cd is awesome! One of my favorites among newer new thrash bands are Biotoxic Warfare from Greece. Lobotomized is hardly original, but great thrash.

Saturday I went to our local extreme metal shop called SOUNDCAVE. I bought this stuff: Incubus st demo (early death metal Morbid Angel style) Autopsy Severed Survival 20th anniversary 2 CD Hexx Morbid Reality Sacred Reich Independent Hawaii One Nation Underground I'm in a proper death metal mood. A friend of mine said Autopsy were like death metal's Motorhead. In a way I think he has a point.

Man, those are some goofy-looking fretboards. "Undulating Waves of Rainbiotic Iridescence" by Gigan. It's Gigan, it's good.

Here is my boy. Pure breed Bengal. He catches and eats things - like rabbits and possums and occasionally stray children.

I've had hair down to the middle of my back three times, and each time it just feels and looks like shit to me. Got in the way a lot when I was doing shop and construction work, too. And I have complete faith in my ability to grow a massive, body-covering beard through nothing other than inaction, but here's a great reason why I won't be doing that: The same reason I don't miss my septum piercing or my cool earring that fell out all by itself one day. I'm "normalizing".

Goodness gracious! I had no idea you had long hair! Looks awesome, bro, I tried to grow it once but it was almost always lank and greasy, seemingly whatever I tried to do with it.
